2nd AGRITECH Transnational Project Meeting – Gödöllő
From 26 to 28 November 2025, the AGRITECH partners met in Gödöllő and Budapest, Hungary, for the project’s second transnational meeting, hosted by DDTG (assisted by GK and MATE) under ELGOcoordination. The agenda centred on Work Package 2 and its core on-working outputs – the Learning Ecosystem Design and the AgriTech Curriculum (D2.3) – with dedicated time also reserved for accreditation, quality assurance and communication topics.
Day 1 – Focus on WP2
The first day in Gödöllő combined a short project progress update with working sessions on the structure of the AGRITECH learning ecosystem (DDTG) and curriculum (AGR). All participating Partners went through the planned pillars of the innovative learning environment, the overall curriculum layout and its modules, and touched on assessment aspects, data protection requirements and IPR in WP2 outputs, recalling the main points of the project’s Data Policy Guidelines and how datasets, visuals and survey data must be handled under GDPR (LAND) and a wrap-up of communication and visibility activities carried out from the start of the project up to the meeting, development of the project’s visual identity and social media presence, and the roll-out of the Communication Plan and monitoring approach for key indicators upcoming communication activities (PAMEA).
Day 2 – Accreditation, QA and pilots
On the second day, partners continued exchanges on curriculum content and implementation and then turned to the links with accreditation, quality (ACQUIN) and pilots. Sessions covered the planned ESG/EQF alignment process, steps towards external evaluation, internal quality assurance steps fofollowed by a short quality assurance block on the QA checklist for meetings and deliverables and the internal review process for D2.2 and D2.3. Then followed a presentation regarding the preparation of the platform (CARDET), and abrief update on ESCO and recognition pathways for the AgriTech Manager profile. The day closed with a block on next actions, timelines and responsibilities for the coming months.
The meeting also brought together members of the AGRITECH External Experts Panel, who shared their insights in a dedicated session and helped refine the next steps of the project.
Day 3 – Study visit and closing
The final day took place in Budapest and featured a study visit to the ELTE University Botanical Garden, followed by a short closing meeting to reflect on the discussions and look ahead to the next consortium milestones.
Overall, the meeting provided space for partners to review progress under WP2, compare perspectives on the design of the innovative learning environment and curriculum, and clarify where further work and coordination are needed as AGRITECH moves into the next phase.
