AGRITECH Project Kicks Off: 4 Days of Vision, Strategy & Collaboration

From April 2–5, 2025, the AGRITECH project officially launched with a very dynamic 4-day Kick-off Meeting, bringing together all consortium partners to align on a shared vision, strategic goals, and collaborative actions. 📅 DAY 1 – Setting the Stage
The opening day focused on welcoming all partners and presenting the AGRITECH vision and objectives. 📅 DAYS 3 & 4 – From Planning to Action
The final two days were dedicated to hands-on implementation workshops, where each Work Package team refined timelines, outputs, and synergies. Partners collaborated on deliverable planning, stakeholder mapping, and risk mitigation strategies. The meeting closed with full alignment on the project roadmap, reporting duties, and shared tools for effective coordination.
