From AGRITECH to the Pact for Skills: Expanding Impact

By joining the Pact for Skills, PAMEA strengthens its ability to scale up the results of the AGRITECH project – our flagship initiative building the AgriTech Manager competence profile and innovative training models for agriculture. What AGRITECH brings:
✅ A competence framework linking deep tech, digital tools, and sustainable farming practices
✅ Modular curricula and micro-credentials for VET providers, universities, and professionals
✅ Strong cooperation between educators, SMEs, farmers, and policymakers to ensure labour market relevance
✅ A European-wide platform to upskill learners and professionals in agriculture and green innovation

Through the Pact for Skills, these outcomes will now be connected to a broader EU agenda on reskilling and upskilling, giving AGRITECH results greater visibility, stronger policy anchoring, and wider opportunities for replication in other sectors. For PAMEA, this is proof that our projects are not isolated efforts, but stepping stones toward a more skilled, innovative, and sustainable Europe.
